Modules

Live sessions plus async drills. Bring one active fieldwork app login — we do not supply third-party licenses.

1 · Calendar archaeology

Map collisions, dead miles, and inherited branch-ID sorting. Produce a corridor sketch for one real week.

2 · Field Desk Routing

Batch sites by travel geometry, set visit duration buffers, and practice refill rules when a manager cancels.

3 · Capture before ignition

Photo standards, offline queues, and exception codes inside the fieldwork app before you leave the lot.

4 · Close packs for compliance

End-of-day checklist, naming conventions, and a short manager brief that survives busy seasons.

Learning outcomes

  • Publish a five-day visit plan that respects Klang Valley travel time
  • Run a reschedule without orphaning nearby corridors
  • Close a field pack with complete evidence or a documented gap
  • Brief a manager using a one-page operating summary

Informational pricing

Individual seats align with Route Scout (RM 890). Teams of up to four typically choose Field Desk (RM 2,450). Private network work is quoted under Multi-Branch Ops. No payment is processed on this website — see Plans.

FAQ

Do you install or sell a fieldwork app?

No. We teach scheduling and capture habits against the apps your organization already licenses. If your tool cannot export a calendar view, we work from CSV or screenshots — with the limitation that automation tips may not apply.

Is this only for banks?

No. Retail, logistics counters, and multi-site service brands in Malaysia join the same cohorts when their visit pattern looks like branch audit work.

What if our policy forbids cloud uploads from the field?

We adapt capture drills to your offline policy. A real limitation: we cannot invent a secure sync path that your IT has not approved — those teams leave with paper-plus-dock workflows instead.

“Module 3 stopped our ‘upload later’ habit. The naming rules still feel fussy, but compliance stopped pinging us at 10pm.”

Siti · Internal audit, retail banking

“Useful corridor math. I wanted more time on East Malaysia ferry schedules — that part was only a short aside.”
